The vinification process takes place under strict temperature control, followed by aging in premium barrels. The vineyards, with their loamy, clay-limestone soils scattered with pebbles, benefit from the influence of sea spray, adding a touch of humidity and freshness to the grapes. Ideal for pairing with meat and game dishes, this exceptional vintage is crafted from carefully chosen grapes grown in the estate's most prized plots. Harvested at the peak of ripeness and meticulously sorted, the berries undergo traditional vinification, including a 3-week maceration period under precise temperature conditions.
