Domaine Rouge-Bleu Dentelle ROSE IGP Rhône 2023

Harvested early in the season to maintain the natural acidity of the fruit, our grapes undergo meticulous handpicking in the early morning. They are delicately transported in small boxes and promptly pressed upon arrival at our cellars. Cold fermentation with indigenous yeast ensures the freshness and natural primary aromas are preserved. After a brief maturation in vats, the wines are bottled at the Domaine with minimal sulphite addition and light filtration in January. The screw cap closure is chosen to uphold the purity and freshness of the vintage, which presents a lovely pale salmon color. On the nose, expect enticing aromas of fresh red fruits, rose petals, and grapefruit. The palate delivers an elegant Provençal style with aromatic notes of white peaches and raspberry, culminating in a soft and elegant finish with beautiful liveliness. This wine is a true gem with a small production of only 6000 bottles, crafted from Carignan and Grenache grapes.
