Labastidum Giove Fronton AOP 2019

Crafted with meticulous care, this wine is a blend of Négrette and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested by hand and fermented using native yeasts in whole cluster vats. After several months of maceration, the wine is aged in a combination of barrels and amphorae before being expertly blended and bottled. The result is a wine of delicate garnet hue, exuding enticing aromas of sun-ripened black fruits such as blackcurrant, morello cherries, and prune. Its velvety mouthfeel reveals elegant tannins and a subtle hint of liquorice, making each sip a true delight.
