This beautiful Sancerre Rosé is expertly crafted from a blend of pressed and bled juice. The grapes are delicately pressed at harvest to create the pressed juice, while the bled juice results from skin maceration. After the must is settled, a gentle low-temperature fermentation starts, ensuring a fresh and vibrant character. This rosé undergoes no malolactic fermentation, preserving its crisp acidity. With light filtration and ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine beautifully reflects the terroir of clay limestone soil where the Pinot Noir grapes are grown.
