Located in the heart of the vineyards of Anjou, Loire Valley, the Domaine Matignon (93 acres) is located in the town of Martigné-Briand, one of the most important of Anjou in terms of wine business, which has built its reputation thanks to the diversity of its terroirs. It's been 3 generations that the passion of the vine animates our family.

Soil: Clay and limestone and schist
Vinification: 100% of the harvest is pressed right after harvest. Alcoholic fermentation is made at low temperature around 16 ° C until complete completion in order to obtain a dry wine.
Maturing in vats until bottling which is made after filtration tangential.
Bottling in May. Exclusive limited production 1500 bottles only.
Residual sugars: 2g/l (very dry)
It's a very refreshing and mineral white with lemon curd and white flowers notes.
