Loin de l'oeil (also known as Len de l'El) is a white wine grape variety that is native to southwest France. It is most commonly grown in the Gaillac region. Biodynamic viticulture. Traditional hand picking. Use of indigenous yeast. Soils clay and limestone. Using a native grape variety from our appellation, we have chosen for this vintage to follow an original vinification method and thus to produce an “Orange” wine. Length of skin contact: 4 weeks. Ideal as an aperitif, this wine with aromas of apple/pear/quince has a beautiful slightly tannic structure. 550 Cases produced
