This wine is vinified according to the ancestral method (naturally sparkling): the bubbles come from the first fermentation directly finishing in the bottle using the natural sugar of the grapes and therefore without the addition of liqueur. The vinification was made without added sulphites.

Beautiful green gold color and a delicate bouquet of white flowers and apples. An aromatic mouth, with apple and mineral notes.
