Small 4-hectare plot showcases all 13 varietals co-planted with meticulous care over 60 years ago. The grapes are harvested manually at full maturity and undergo a thorough sorting process. The winemaking process embraces natural filtration through decantation, avoiding the addition of yeast for fermentation. With an annual production of 10,000 bottles, this Châteauneuf-du-Pape ages for 24 months in oak barrels. Known for its classic pairing with meats, venison, and cheeses, this wine also delights when savored with desserts, especially chocolate, enhancing its sweet roundness through a delightful play of contrasting flavors.
