Château Valmont Pech Agut Corbières AOP 2021

Vineyards located on the higher hill of Château Valmont, planted in terrasse facing south, perpendicular to the sun. Harvested by hand. Sorting and pressed directly in pneumatic press with carbonic ice to cool down the berries. Alcoholic fermentation starts in stainless steel vats. Then, the wine is transferred into demi-muie oak barrels and the fermentation finish there. Aging for about 4-5 months. 

A pale gold color with a beautiful shine. Beautiful notes of fruits like peach or apricot, finely raised by the woody character of the wine. In the mouth we find the aromas already present in the nose underlined by a fresh attack which make the balance of the wine even more perfect.

70 % Grenache Blanc, 30 % Roussanne
