Grape: 100% Riesling
Terroir: This wine comes from an exceptional terroir, coveted from the Middle Ages. The steep slopes, exposed southeast at an altitude of 300 m, welcome the sun's rays from the early hours of the day. The soil comes from a granite arena with two micas which lets the water filter and retains heat well, to restore it to the vineyard overnight.
Pairings: This Frankstein Grand Cru will enhance your gastronomic tables. It will delight the finest crustaceans and fish, as well as refined entrees and white meats.
Tasting Notes: A harmonious and complex wine. Floral aromas, and a very present minerality, marked by a "flinty" character typical of the granite terroir. Long finish.
