80% Grenache blanc, 20% Roussane
Each grape variety from each plot is vinified separetely, without sulfites, under permanent temperature control. After blending, it is aged 3 months in a steel tank on the lees with regular stirring. The result is an elegant nose, fruity and flowery, with hints of pear, and a genrous mouth feel.
