Vinification: The harvest is destemmed and put in tank quickly. The maceration lasted more than three weeks on average. Pumping over is made to extract the color and tannins but without excess. Free run juice is separated from press wines and then reassembled after aging. After the malolactic fermentation, the wines are rack in tanks.
Vinification: maturing in vats until bottling, performed after tangential filtration sweet. Maturation for twelve to fifteen months allows to refine the structure of the wine.
Production : 10 000 bottles
Tasting Notes: This Anjou Villages is a wine robust and harmonious perfect to be aged (5 to 7 years). Its strong color, its complex aromas, a voluptuous and robust palate, its tannins are smooths and can only be obtained after a rigorous selection of the best plots.
