100% Pinot Noir
(Moutier Amet abuts Les Narbantons). Light ruby color. A relatively high-toned nose stops just short of being fruity with its combination of red currant, cherry, raspberry and a whiff of earth/humus character. The lighter weight (but not diluted) flavors possess good vibrancy and detail with a relatively suave mouth feel, all wrapped in an ever-so-mildly drying and warm finish.
