Syrah – Grenache – Carignan – Mourvèdre
The cuvee “Grand Large” is a selection of the best wines of their estate. The Syrah/Grenache/Carignan blend is realised at the end in order to adjust the profile, maintain aromas and varies each year according the vintage expression.
 
Expressive bouquet with Mediterranean notes of well-ripened fruit, licorice and herby garrigue scents. Full and round body, with a rich variety of flavors and a good tannic structure. It brings roundness to spicy dishes, vegetables and barbecues ; Provençal Daube, Garbure or Cassoulet from the Southwest of France.
