1/3 each Mouvedre, Granche, and Syrah
Each grape variety from each plot is vinified separetely, without sulfites, under permanent temperature control. This is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The Alice has complex notes reminiscent of anise with a generous, long mouth feel.
