A generous wine with spicy hints and an aroma of wilted rose petals evolving with time into grilled almonds and candied apricots. The wine has elegance, finesse and freshness.

A very expressive nose full of aromas of red fruits.  Brilliant as an aperitif or with a variety of different foods.

Grapes:  70% Grenache, 30% Cinsault

Pairings: White meats, spicy foods, grilled meats and salads

The Terrasses ‘09 has an earthy nose full of dark berries and plums but needs decanting to open fully. A very complex wine with tannins and acidity in ample measure and well-balanced. A wine for right now or for 10 years from now.

Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre

Pairings: Filet, ribeye or sirloin strip 

Earthiness, dark fruit and tobacco dominate the nose while the flavors of blackberry come forward in the mouth with a touch of smokiness. 50% of the vintage is aged in old oak for 16 months.

Grapes:  90% Syrah, 10% Grenache  (50 year old vines)

The ‘Le Claux’ is a medium-bodied wine with a nose of cranberries, rose petal and vanilla.  Flavors of black pepper and blackcurrant lead to a long cranberry and tobacco finish. This wine should be opened 30 minutes prior to serving.

Grapes: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah

Pairings: Pastas, duck with a cherry sauce, roast, stew 

An exceptional nose -- earthy, spicy with a touch of musk. Red fruits dominate the mouth with a moderate to long finish of black pepper and musk.

Grapes:  100% Grenache

A blend of Mourvèdre, Grenache & Cinsault . . . and typical of rosés from this region.  Once in the glass the aromas begin to develop into red fruits with a hint of citrus.  Nicely balanced with good acidity, it will go especially well with seafood but also with many other foods or as an aperitif on its own.
