The Le Limoux is the classic Limoux blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Mauzac.  This wine expresses hints of apple, pear, peach, citrus, and possibly a bit of banana.  Picked and sorted by hand this wine is fermented in oak barrels.  

Grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Chenin Blanc, 20% Mauzac
