A round and silky wine with great fruit and lively acidity.  Sauvignon Blanc brings freshness and vivacity and sémillon gives plumpness.  Aged 9 months in barrels to add subtlety and longevity.  

Grapes:  60% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc

Pairings:  Fish, Shellfish, salty/spicy/sweet dishes.
