A delicious cocktail of red fruit in the aroma on the palate.  It is blended with 60% Pinot Noir -- which adds richness, long life and gives a softer feel in the mouth -- and 40% Chardonnay, adding elegance, finesse and minerality.

The long contact between the wine and the oak of the barrel gives the Cuvée 555 its woody taste, aromas of spiced bread and candied fruits. Delicately perfumed to be savored slowly with a truffled foie gras.  A flavor of butterscotch on the finish.
